Sample Policy

Q: How long does custom development take?
A: Sampling usually takes 7–15 days. Mass production takes 25–40 days after sample approval. Rush service is available for urgent projects.
Q: How do I get a sample? Is the sample fee refundable?
A: Sample fees are charged based on product complexity. The sample fee can be fully refunded or deducted from your bulk order amount.
Q: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: MOQ varies depending on the product type. We support low-quantity orders, with some items available from just 50 pieces. Please contact us for details.
Q: What certifications do your products have?
A: Our partner factories are ISO, BSCI certified. We can provide CE, EN71, ASTM, REACH, OEKO-TEX and other market-required certificatesJust tell us which certification you need.
Q: What about sample lead time and production time?
A: Sample lead time depends on design. Mass production lead time is normally 25–40 days after sample confirmation and deposit.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: We normally accept 30% deposit before production, balance before shipment or against B/L copy. Flexible terms are available for long-term partners.
